On December 8, 2003, the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement and Modernization Act (MMA) of 2003 was signed into law. This legislation provides

seniors and people living with disabilities with a prescription drug benefit, more choices and improved benefits under Medicare.

Now, in 2005, oncology practices are working to comply with the new guidelines and restrictions of the MMA. Imedex® is offering you an easy, valuable and comprehensive tool for navigating the waters ahead. Our guides, familiar in the language and restrictions of the MMA will address the rapidly changing treatment protocols and reimbursement structures for oncology practices. Through live, interactive teleconferences, complimentary regional dinner meetings and a webcast, we will help you understand the MMA as it relates to the provision of treatment for cancer patients and practical suggestions to ensure their optimal care.
